Mannequin: On the Move

In 1991, Jason Williamson (William Ragsdale) encounters Jessie, a wooden statue in his department store job, which is actually an enchanted mannequin named after a 1000-year-old peasant girl from Europe, frozen by evil sorcerer Count Gunther Spretzle's magic necklace. When he touches her necklace, she comes to life briefly and they revive their romance, but the evil wizard has been reincarnated as well, leading to a thrilling adventure filled with chase scenes, sword fights, and comedic moments.
