In the sweltering heat of 1941, Tyrone Power stars as Juan Gallardo, a matador from Seville who becomes Spain's most acclaimed bullfighter, only to lose himself to fame and fortune in this Technicolor drama. As he navigates the treacherous world of bullfighting, Juan's relationships with his childhood sweetheart Carmen (Linda Darnell) and the glamorous socialite Doña Sol (Rita Hayworth) are put to the test. With its stunning performances, beautiful color production, and epic bullfighting sequences, Blood and Sand is a classic tale of love, betrayal, and the price of success.
