Cheech & Chong are invited to a celebrity party in Amsterdam, only to discover that their host has pulled off with all the cash, leaving them expecting Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton instead. As they're mistaken for Mr. Burt and Mr. Dolly, the duo must navigate a confusing situation and step up as last-minute replacement acts at an Amsterdam film festival, which ultimately leads to a live stand-up performance at the Tuschinski Theater.
