A woman's life is thrown into chaos after a freak car accident sends her husband and brother-in-law into comas. Character Sarah Michelle Gellar as Jess must navigate the reality of Roman (Lee Pace), who thinks he's her husband Ryan, claiming that something supernatural occurred when their bodies were revived side by side on the road.
