Meet Patrick Smash, an 11-year-old boy whose extraordinary flatulence ability leads him to fame and then death row before ultimately helping him achieve his lifelong dream of becoming an astronaut. Born with a condition that makes his farts uncontrollably devastating, Patrick finds strength in his disorder, using it to defend himself against bullies and eventually join the space program. With the help of his trusty friend Alan A. Allen, Patrick's gaseous emissions become a tool for adventure and discovery, propelling him into the great unknown.
