In this action-comedy caper, two hapless Cologne cops, Tommie and Mario, are given a rare chance to redeem themselves by solving the kidnapping of the 1st FC Cologne's beloved mascot, Hennes. As they track down their quarry across Germany, they stumble upon a sinister plot involving arch-rival team FC Bayern in Munich. With their investigation leading them to the Bavarian capital, Tommie and Mario must navigate the darker side of German football to rescue Hennes and restore morale to their beleaguered club.
