The Abandoned

Julia Streak (Louisa Krause), a troubled young woman struggling to support her daughter after being diagnosed with antipsychotic dependency, takes a job as a security guard at an abandoned apartment building. She is partnered with brusque Dennis Cooper (Jason Patric) and eventually uncovers the dark secrets behind Room 441, which seems to be haunted by the deformed children of a notorious center for mentally-challenged patients.
