Shadow of Evil

Colonel Hubert Bonisseur de La Bath (Kerwin Mathews), a secret agent, is sent to Thailand following the murder of his colleague Christopher Lemmon, who had uncovered a plot to spread a plague through medicine in Hogby Laboratories' Bangkok facility. With the help of Lila Sinn (Pier Angeli) and her brother Dr. Sinn (Robert Hossein), OSS 117 must stop the villainous doctor's plan to reduce the Earth's population by spreading disease worldwide, thereby thwarting atomic testing that threatens the planet.
