"Minami is mistakenly ordered by his yakuza gang to kill Ozaki, a mentally unstable enforcer, but after Ozaki's death, Minami finds himself on a surreal and increasingly bizarre journey in search of Ozaki's body. He encounters an elderly innkeeper obsessed with breast milk, a spirit-channelling brother, a dead waiter, and the enigmatic Gozu - a mysterious figure with a cow's head - who appears to him in a dream."
