Max Matheson (Nick Stahl), who is recovering from a traumatic accident that kills his fiancée, takes a job as a nighttime security guard at the Mayflower Department Store in New Orleans. There, he begins to see visions of a young mysterious woman in the store's mirror, and discovers that her spirit, Eleanor Reigns, is trapped and seeking revenge on those responsible for her rape and murder. With the help of Elizabeth Reigns (Emmanuelle Vaugier), Eleanor's sister, Max uncovers the truth behind Eleanor's death and confronts Keller Landreaux (Lawrence Turner), who is revealed to be the killer.
