Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol

In this animated musical adaptation of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol", Jim Backus voices Ebenezer Scrooge as Mr. Magoo, a miserly money lender in Victorian London on Christmas Eve. He is visited by three spirits who warn him that he risks a similar fate unless he learns the true meaning of Christmas. The Ghosts of Christmas Past and Present take Scrooge on journeys through his childhood and to observe Cratchit and his family, while the Ghost of Christmas Yet-to-Come shows him a vision of his own grave. With a renewed purpose, Magoo awakens on Christmas morning and brings joy to those around him.
