Pete Brennan (Jamie Kennedy), a middle-aged stand-up comedian, embarks on a road trip to prepare for his last shot at stardom, starring alongside Russell Peters in a network special. He's joined by Scarlett and Ethan Barr (Matt Rife), an unusual opening act who just unleashed his thirst for blood after devouring a heckler. The film follows their journey from Las Vegas to other destinations as Pete and Ethan navigate the challenges of their tour together. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles that test their bond.
