In a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by pollution and giant winds, bounty hunter Will Tasker (Mark Hamill) captures a murderer from two police officers to claim a large bounty for himself. Tasker teams up with Belitski, a fellow law enforcement officer, to hunt down the fugitive, but things take an unexpected turn when they discover that their prisoner is actually an android named Byron, who has been hunted for murder and possesses advanced abilities. As Tasker and Belitski try to capture Byron again, Owens, a small-time arms dealer, becomes entangled in their pursuit, leading to a complex web of alliances and rivalries.
