The Departure

Marc, a young Belgian car nut and hairdresser's apprentice, tries to get a Porsche for his nearing debut race, meeting Michèle along the way as he attempts various schemes to secure the vehicle. The film follows Marc's misadventures, including a night spent at the Brussels Motor Show with Michèle. As their time together unfolds, Marc and Michèle find themselves in an unexpected situation at the hotel by the starting line of his rally.
