The Forest

A middle-aged couple's remote wilderness hike turns deadly when they are stalked by a cannibalistic hermit living in the woods. The killer, who wields a hunting knife, brutally murders the couple, leaving one wife to narrowly escape and find herself face-to-face with the vengeful ghosts of two young children, who warn her that their "daddy" is coming. As the living are stalked by the killer, they soon discover they are also haunted by the malevolent spirits of a family brutally slaughtered in the same woods.
