South of Heaven, West of Hell

In this eccentric adult Western, country music star Dwight Yoakam stars as Valentine Casey, a Marshal in the desolate Arizona territory of the early 1900s, who receives a disturbing visit from his outlaw adoptive father on Christmas Eve. Confronted with the sins of his past, Casey joins forces with his partner U.S. Christmas to rescue his love, Adelyne, from the ruthless Henry Clan in a small town they've hit. The film's first half is marked by an interesting premise, but unfortunately, it falters in its execution, leaving viewers with a disjointed and unforgiving viewing experience.
