An American Tail: The Mystery of the Night Monster

Fievel Mousekewitz (Thomas Dekker) and his friends team up with a reporter, Nellie Brie (Susan Boyd), to chase after the scoop of the century and catch a ferocious, mouse-nabbing creature that's putting fear into New York City's rodents. A mysterious miniature French poodle named Madame Mousey appears at every crime scene, claiming to be a fortune teller, and the heroes decide to investigate her by means of the "dog council" that meets at Central Park.
