Dangerous Money

Dangerous Money is a 1946 American crime mystery thriller starring Sidney Toler as Charlie Chan. On board an ocean liner bound for Samoa, United States Treasury agent Scott Pearson (Tristram Coffin) confides in Charlie Chan about the trail of stolen currency and art treasures plundered from Philippine banks during the Japanese invasion, with two attempts on his life already made - one of which he was rescued from by Chan. With Captain Black's (Joseph Crehan) request for help, Chan must investigate further.
