Yoyes

Yoyes is a 2000 Spanish drama film directed by Helena Taberna, telling the true story of María Dolores Katarain (Yoyes), a female member of ETA who returns from exile in Mexico and tries to rebuild her life amidst a world that still views her as a threat. As Yoyes reunites with her daughter Zuriñe and starts anew, she faces a deadly mistake by her former ETA comrades who believe she has become an informant, leading to a tragic confrontation in front of the same town fair where she was supposed to live in peace.
