Phantom Boy

In this animated fantasy adventure, 11-year-old Leo, a boy with cancer, discovers he has the extraordinary power to separate his spirit from his physical body, allowing him to hover and fly through the air as a "Phantom". When NYPD Lieutenant Alex Tanner is demoted and assigned grunt work, Leo's phantom teams up with Tanner to capture a disfigured villain known as the King of New York. As they work together, Leo uses his phantom abilities to aid in their mission, while also helping Tanner navigate his personal struggles and forming an unlikely bond with journalist Mary Delaney.
