Final Descent

An airliner collides with a light plane during takeoff, causing its elevators to jam in the full climb position. Captain Glen "Lucky" Singer (Robert Urich) and co-pilot Connie Phipps (Annette O'Toole) must navigate the emergency, as the plane's fuel runs out unless they can find a way to bring the nose down. With the help of air traffic control, engineers from Gallant, and Canadian riggers, Lucky devises a plan to fill the wheel well with water to shift the weight forward and reduce the climb rate.
