Road to Singapore

Two playboys, Josh Mallon (Bing Crosby) and Ace Lannigan (Bob Hope), try to escape scandal and romantic entanglements on the fictional island of Kaigoon, but instead find themselves at the mercy of a beautiful local woman, Mima (Dorothy Lamour). After rescuing her from an abusive partner, they soon realize that Mima's life is turned upside down when she falls for one of them - a situation that leads to comedic misadventures and unexpected romance.
