Ninagawa, a powerful Japanese politician and economic giant, sees his granddaughter murdered. Suspect Kunihide Kiyomaru, who was previously convicted of killing a girl eight years ago, turns himself in. Five detectives from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department travel to Fukuoka to escort him back to Tokyo while Ninagawa offers ¥1 billion for his capture.
