The Prodigies

The Prodigies is an animated science fiction action thriller film about ten-year-old Jimbo Farrar, a gifted child who suffers abuse at home and later becomes a renowned researcher to control his supernatural abilities. He creates an online game called "The Game" to identify other individuals with powers, but five teenagers hack into it, leading him on a quest to find them. After tragedy strikes, Jimbo proposes a televised competition called American Genius, which leads to a series of events that puts the world at risk. As Jimbo tries to protect the remaining teenagers, he loses control of his powers and is framed for murder, but ultimately breaks free from prison and reunites with one of the teenagers to stop their destructive plans.
