A girl suffering from depression is taken involuntarily to a mental institution after trying to follow in her father's footsteps but failing her suicide attempt. There, she finds unlikely friends, unwavering love, and a life she never imagined possible for someone like her. The film follows Dean (Nadine Crocker) as she navigates this new reality, learning that some decisions can't be undone.
