Murder in a Blue World

A beautiful young nurse, Anna Vernia (Sue Lyon), receives a medal for her dedication to patients at a medical center where she works. She seduces young men, takes them home, and then stabs them to death with a surgical scalpel. A serial killer believed to be a sadistic homosexual is on the loose, and Anna's activities are being closely followed by David (Christopher Mitchum), one of the gang members who was beaten up by delinquents while trying to investigate Anna.
