Harum Scarum

"Harum Scarum" (1965) is a musical comedy film starring Elvis Presley as Johnny Tyronne, an American movie star who is kidnapped and forced to execute the king of a secret Middle Eastern kingdom. During his ordeal, he falls in love with Princess Shalimar (Mary Ann Mobley), the King's daughter, and teams up with her entertainment troupe, which includes Zacha (Jay Novello) and Aishah (Fran Jeffries). With the help of Baba, a dwarf associate, Johnny thwarts the assassination plot, reveals Prince Dragna's true identity as the mastermind, and ultimately wins the heart of Princess Shalimar.
