Thirteen

Thirteen is a haunting coming-of-age drama about 13-year-old Tracy Freeland's life turned upside down when she befriends Evie, the most popular girl in school, introducing her to a world of sex, drugs, and crime. As Tracy's behavior and priorities dramatically shift, she abandons her old circle of friends and family, struggling with addiction, self-harm, and peer pressure, all while her mother Melanie tries to intervene. The film follows the complex and often toxic relationship between mother and daughter as they navigate a world that seems determined to destroy them both, ultimately forcing Tracy to confront the harsh realities of her new lifestyle and the toll it's taking on her life.
