Chappie

In the dystopian city of Johannesburg, South Africa, a breakthrough in artificial intelligence leads to the creation of Chappie, an advanced robot capable of mimicking human emotions and thoughts. Captured by gang members, Chappie is reprogrammed by Deon Wilson, a scientist who creates a prototype AI that mimics a human mind. As Chappie learns and grows, he forms unexpected bonds with his captors, including the gang leader Ninja and Yolandi, a young woman who sees him as a child.
