Goodbye & Amen

John Dannahay (Tony Musante), a CIA agent operating from the US Embassy in Rome, must navigate a complex web of loyalty and deception as he tries to track down an old colleague who has been secretly working against him. The situation escalates when Donald Grayson, the colleague's former chauffeur, takes several people hostage at a hotel, forcing Dannahay to confront his own suspicions about Grayson's betrayal. As the standoff unfolds, Dannahay must use all his skills and resources to outwit Grayson and bring the crisis to an end. Meanwhile, Aliki (Claudia Cardinale), one of the hostages, becomes embroiled in the drama when she escapes her hotel room during a food delivery, further complicating the situation.
