The Beguiled

During the American Civil War, at a Southern girls' boarding school in Virginia, young women take in an injured Union soldier named Corporal McBurney (Colin Farrell). As they provide refuge and tend to his wounds, the house is taken over with sexual tension and dangerous rivalries among the residents. Taboos are broken in an unexpected turn of events, leading to a tragic confrontation that ultimately claims McBurney's life at the hands of the women themselves.
