Sur un arbre perché

Henri Roubier (Louis de Funès), a French highway industrialist, picks up a hitchhiker and a young woman against his will while driving in Europe. After an unfortunate accident, he finds himself stranded on top of a tree near the sea with the two passengers, including Mme Muller (Geraldine Chaplin). As they try to find a way to escape, Roubier becomes convinced that the hitchhiker may be a vampire, leading to a series of misadventures and misunderstandings. Eventually, their cries for help are heard by a boat, but not before they face various challenges, including a storm and a jealous husband.
