In a chilling descent into chaos, "Evil Angel" weaves a complex tapestry of horror, mystery, and thrills as a young paramedic's life becomes entangled in a web of demonic possession and vengeful spirits. After a near-death experience, a school teacher awakens with supernatural powers, wreaking havoc on those around her, including the paramedic who helped save her life, his wife, and even a detective investigating the case. As the body count rises and the stakes grow higher, the line between reality and madness blurs, leaving only one question: can anyone survive the wrath of Lilith, ancient avenging demon?
