A seamstress gets tangled in her own thread after stealing a briefcase from a drug deal gone bad, leading to drastically different outcomes along the way. In an escalating game of cat and mouse, her choices lead to unintended consequences, with Eve Connolly as Barbara Duggen at the center. The film's unique blend of dark comedy and thriller elements is set against the stunning backdrop of a Swiss mountain village, where a seemingly ordinary seamstress finds herself caught up in a deadly and unpredictable world.
