"Sovereign" is a 2025 American biographical crime thriller film that follows Jerry and Joe Kane, a father-son duo who align themselves with the sovereign citizen movement, led by Jerry (Nick Offerman), as they clash with Police Chief John Bouchart (Dennis Quaid).
