In this 2007 romantic comedy, an Indian woman from a Himalayan village arrives in the US to find her betrothed, and instead finds herself caught up in a quest for stardom that threatens to erase her cultural identity. Beau Bridges stars alongside Namrata Singh Gujral as a movie producer who sees potential in the newcomer.
