The Tasters

In autumn 1943, Rosa joins a group of women tasked with tasting food destined for Hitler to ensure it's not poisoned, forming alliances and friendships in this atmosphere of coercion. The simple act of eating is upended, revealing the psychological and physical pressures these young tasters face. Characterized by its careful reconstruction of sets, costumes, and makeup, "The Tasters" stars Elisa Schlott as Rosa Sauer and Max Riemelt as Albert Ziegler.
