Kate Hallett stars as Rylee Hill, a teenager who takes it upon herself to help rock star Payton Adler (Herman Tømmeraas), a dysfunctional drug addict she's obsessed with after realizing he's not the role model she thought he was. When their chance encounter leads to her being accidentally hit by his car, Rylee decides to keep him at her house, forcing her teenage fantasies into reality.
