The Weapon

Steve Cochran stars as Captain Mark Andrews, an American war veteran who helps find a young boy, Erik Jenner (Jon Whiteley), after he accidentally shoots a friend with a gun he found in the rubble of a destroyed building. The gun is linked to a ten-year-old murder case, and Andrews' investigation leads him to Vivienne (Nicole Maurey), a dance-hall hostess with connections to the original owner of the gun. As Andrews gets closer to the truth, Erik's mother Elsa Jenner (Lizabeth Scott) becomes embroiled in danger, putting her young son at risk.
