A gritty crime thriller that defies conventions, "Mitchell" (1975) stars Joe Don Baker as a tough-guy cop who pursues two drug runners across Los Angeles to bust a large syndicate. With a reputation for disregard for authority and social norms, Mitchell is an anti-hero whose unorthodox methods often put him at odds with his superiors. As he navigates a complex web of corruption and deceit, Mitchell must use his wits and brawn to stay one step ahead of the bad guys.
