Rebel Devadas joins forces with Chandra, an exploited sex worker, in a turbulent alliance that demands bloodshed and tests loyalties as survival becomes the ultimate stake in their fight. The film follows Devadas, an outlaw who leads a small gang, as he waxes violent on corrupt police officers following the death of a bar singer, and Chandra, who joins his gang after being mistaken for her lookalike. Together, they orchestrate a series of violent heists and battles against the police, who are determined to capture Devadas. Along the way, they fall for each other, and their bond becomes the driving force behind their rebellion.
