Dragon Fighter Lohan (Stephen Chow) is reborn on earth as a mortal, facing a challenge from the Jade Emperor to change the fates of a beggar, a prostitute, and a villain within three heavenly days. He battles an evil demon to stave off hell on earth, ultimately succeeding in changing the fates of the three individuals, with the beggar regaining his dignity, the prostitute leaving prostitution behind, and the villain renouncing violence.
