In 1890, a conman named Strindler (Alex Cox) arrives in a small Arizona town, seeking the names of dead Mexican laborers. He claims to have this information in exchange for money. Strindler's true intentions and connections to the town are soon revealed, leading to a tense confrontation with Sheriff Purdy (Brendan Guy Murphy).
