Dirkie

An 8-year-old boy, Dirkie, and his dog, survive a plane crash in the Kalahari Desert, while an army of men and machines search for them. As Dirkie struggles to survive, his father, a concert pianist, searches for him, using various methods including printing leaflets with survival instructions.
