During a star-studded charity gala, a movie star in the midst of an existential crisis is taken hostage by radical warrior Joan, played by Anya Taylor-Joy, and her devoted followers. As the night descends into chaos, both the movie star, played by Chris Evans, and Joan embark on an inward journey and an outward adventure, blurring the lines between performance and belief, salvation and sacrifice. Chris Evans stars alongside Vincent Cassel, Salma Hayek Pinault, and John Malkovich in this surrealistic and satirical action-adventure comedy-drama.
