In the 1997 black comedy slasher film "Jack Frost", notorious serial killer Jack Frost is turned into a snow-covered mutant after a chemical accident and unleashes his vengeance on the small town of Snowmonton. As the body count rises, Sheriff Sam Tiler (Christopher Allport) must confront the killer's evil spirit, which takes the form of a malevolent snowman. Meanwhile, FBI Agents Manners and Stone try to track down Jack Frost, who has been awakened by chemicals from a genetic research truck.
