"They" is a 2017 American drama film directed by Anahita Ghazvinizadeh and starring Rhys Fehrenbacher as 13-year-old J, who lives in the countryside with hormone blockers to suspend puberty. The film follows J's decision-making process over a single weekend, which involves their parents' upcoming trip, an arranged marriage between Araz (Koohyar Hosseini) and J's sister Lauren, and Araz's desire to stay in the US despite family obligations back in Iran.
