The Intervention

A weekend getaway for four couples takes a sharp turn when one of the couples discovers the entire trip was orchestrated to host an intervention on their marriage. Annie (Melanie Lynskey), a neurotic and insecure alcoholic, has convinced herself that two of the couples - Ruby and Peter (Cobie Smulders and Vincent Piazza) - are desperately unhappy in their relationship and need an "intervention" to remedy it. However, as the disastrous few days unfold, it becomes clear that Annie's own problems are just as big and dire need of attention as Ruby and Peter's.
