Katie Carter (Jemma Dallender), a model in New York City, is kidnapped and taken to Sofia, Bulgaria, where she's subjected to unimaginable rape and torture by three Bulgarian siblings. After escaping her captors, Katie seeks revenge on those who wronged her, using her newfound strength and resourcefulness to exact a brutal and devastating vengeance.
