Village of the Damned

In the British village of Midwich, everyone suddenly falls unconscious, and when they awake, all women and girls of child-bearing age are pregnant. The resulting children have a strange blond hair, eyes, and a powerful telepathic bond with each other, making them precociously intelligent and exhibiting an unsettling maturity, yet showing no conscience or love towards others. Professor Gordon Zellaby (George Sanders), whose "son" David is one of the children, attends a meeting with British Intelligence to discuss them, learning that similar children have appeared in other places on Earth, leading him to theorize that they may be of extraterrestrial origin.
